Returns for Errors
Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items:
If a product arrives with printing errors, is damaged during shipping, or is defective, the Cowgirl Crew will handle return and reshipment free of charge.
Lost Packages:
If a package is lost in transit (and tracking confirms this), a replacement will be sent free of charge.
Claim Submission:
Claims for these issues must be submitted within 30 days of the product's delivery or the estimated delivery date for lost packages.
Required Proof:
The Cowgirl Crew requires photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process the claim.
Returns for "Buyer's Remorse"
No refunds for change of mind. The Cowgirl Crew does not offer refunds for returns due to a customer not liking the product or ordering the wrong size or color.
